Post subject:  MOM DDA REQUEST TO THE MINSTER + SURVEY

The meeting of minds group sent the following request to the Department for Transport in respect of an extension of time regarding the consultation document on improving disabled access in relation to taxis. Accompanied with the document is a survey of affordability. I wasn't informed of a return address for the survey document so perhaps Captain Cab can advise us whether the survey document is relevant?

The DTA in Dundee have been trying to get operators to fill in the questionnaire and the response has been poor has this been the same all over the country.

Haven't got a clue can't get any response from our council. I'd go see them but you have to make an appointment and tell em what it's for. I can see me waiting 12 weeks for the nearest available time

It is my opinion that it is in the taxi trades interest to fill in the form

I give you credit for trying, but I suspect the apathy you are encountering is pretty universal.
