Actualy, now that 'you're back', can I ask a question of you?

Why does Preston run such a fleet of old carts that mascerade as Licensed Taxis?

I was up there the other week, and thought I'd alighted at Blackpool Stn by mistake.

i have always been of the opioin, what is wrong with older vehicles if maintained well.

But i take you point.
