In the news section http://taxi-driver.co.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=11379 there is a link to the report. Thing is, it's England and Wales legislation. Does it apply up here? Or are we still waiting on it's equivalent?

It doesn't apply to you yet, but no-doubt in time some things may find their way up there.
