Isn't that when the council allowed unlimited WAVs on and 203020 dumped a lot of the Mercs for TXs and obviously some other drivers put them on as well? Thus the article doesn't really tell the whole story

the reason 203020 dumped the mercs, was that weirs{the supplier} caught them out over excess mileage , breach of contract regarding what they were being used for and non payment.and the same with tx2s they ripped patons off,and never paid them either |
