I fell off the chair at this one....only statements from The Keystone Cops
(Tayside Police) and Dundee (We could'nt run a bath, let alone a City) council were missing..

Not being Dundee savvy..but who or what are street cars and why are they exempt from the 4 cars or more rule on record keeping?

Street cars are taxis who do not work from a office.They normally work the ranks or train station.They are all licensed and the drivers are all licensed .They are owned by individuals

I am sure I read somewhere in the information that sub offices will no longer be allowed, unless they are directly linked to the main office, so accurate records can be kept, , so you could be right Tone no more clipboard johnny's at fat Sam's
