I've never experienced this in the trade before but some of my longer serving colleagues are rubbing their hands with glee:

If the strike is a short one (two or three days) I don't believe it does us any favours, as many commuters will simply stay at home.

However if it gets longer (maybe a week or two) then maybe the radio firms will start picking up some nice work.

However if work at an airport, then you will kop a bundle.
