I may be wrong, but I doubt it will effect the licensing of taxi/PH for many many years. To me it's another layer of power for local elected councillors to decide on the bigger pictures/projects. And the taxi/PH trade never get to those dizzy heights.

Who seem to be keeping a keen eye on licensing issues. CC |
