Bolton Council have just aproved on 31.03.2010 for new applicants DSA, and driver standers in Bolton at long last.

we tried that here net result the riff raff have all the time in the world and complete it and most of the firms couldn't get drivers because Brits WONT take a second driving test in the end it was abandoned

not sure but I think she meant all drivers brought before committee which would suggest a complaint has been lodged against them.

yes I agree, having done the NVQ myself i see very to be gained by all driver doing this.
