Funny old System....It allow her years of running a Business without a licence then when she wants a licence they won,t let her have one. :?

Well maybe if she had run her business in accordance with the law then she would still have the license she should have had in the first place.

Maybe..but by having no licence at all she was doing away just fine... :?
