A crt driver got a fare at the airport last night, it was a contract to crt and guess who it was Billy Boy Purnell half cut after another jolly courtesy of the members! also the driver had to subsidise crt by paying the 2 quid car park fee and was refused the call out charge and you would never think bill used to be a cabby |

But the key here is that he "used" to be a cabbie. Doesn't have to now. Much better to be the "director" of a company of sheep, rack up a salary he couldn't justify with his limited business experience - he wouldn't get beyond a scant glance at his CV - and enjoy the expenses readily paid by the sheeple in the company posing as "shareholders" who need him to shaft them to keep up their "businessman" illusion. Of course, I may be wrong, tell me if I am. Purnell may not receive a handsome salary. He may have widespread commercial experience to justify a salary at his level. He may not rack up expenses. His trip may have been paid for personally. What was the trip for anyway? BTW Purnell had to insist the driver pay the £2 airport charge. And refuse the call out charge. Else he would have been as well telling everyone exactly how the whole thing is a pile of shecht that has small one man bands subsidising big business. Can't possibly let the herd have that level of understanding could he? Well, not if he wants to preserve the il;lusion and his gravy train position.

Another pointless topic A point that has failed to be point out is you can’t charge the £2 for picking up at the pre booked rank or airport rank you can only add 80p on the extras as per the tariff sheet. Now in saying that some contract jobs that all the company’s do from the airport pre booked rank do not have the 80p added to them as part of the contract agreement and that’s nothing new |

Now, a wee birdie tells me that Purnell went on his jolly with Murray Fleming, Colin Anderson and a staff member. Apparently they travelled down for the trade show the day before so that they could attend an Auriga client night prior to the main event. However, on arriving, this trio of expenses junkies (I won't include the staff memebr who is probably the only one likely to be productive during this beano) were advised that COOLKY was in attendance with Edinburgh's taxi entrepreneur. As the expenses junkies couldn't face the guy they swanned off and did their own thing. So the point of going down early was what, exactly? Oops silly old me, at £17 per hour(?) expenses the exercise was well worth it after all
6 man days at £17 per hour = £816. Hotels around £300 minimum Meals around £250 minimum. Drinks = anyones guess with these "thirsty" company stalwarts. Travel and misc. around another £100 plus bucks. We're getting on for £2000, all paid for by the largesse of the members of course. And Purnell refused the driver of his FREE taxi the 80p call out. Quality!
BTW Isn't it nice to see how readily the status quo in CRT has apparently delivered Colin Anderson's nose into the trough?

like i said "Another pointless topic " the point i was making is it does not cost you £2 to pick up at the airport most of the time as for the call out charge who cares its not the end of the world if you loose it on the odd job not that you would know as you never get to charge it

The driver loses 80p. The members lose two grand. We have to keep it in perspective haven't we?
