He said he knew Moatie!! He was p*ssed when he said that, he was p*ssed when he was driving, probably p*ssed when he went into rehab and will be p*ssed as soon as he comes out of rehab. A long ten year stretch in prison will probably get him off the booze and save his life, what little there is left of it to live. |

Why no arrest warrant? Because none is needed. He has been found guilty, and he has been told he will be sentenced no matter what next month. |

He would have been told at his last hearing that if he didn't turn up the hearing would go ahead without him. I also suspect a charge will be put to him when he next turns up, of not turning up. |

The courts don't like to be messed around so he will get something extra for failing to attend. |
