Just been informed by my dad that 22 plus silver line drivers have been done for drug dealing in Plymouth
Apparently it was in yesterdays or today's paper down there

Generally what you find, and we don't know the full facts in this instant, is that people selling drugs believe they will never get caught.

But they always are.

Now IMHO, if they have all been charged, then Section 52 should be used against them.

Then on the other hand, this is Plymouth & they have funny laws down there.

Something to do with sailors, I think!!

We (ex and current) Sailors are nice people.

I would say that whilst one of the accused and myself have had disagreements in the past (and may do again in the future), I do not believe that he had anything to do with anything that he is now facing in the Court.

We do have archaic laws that stretch back a whole year before everybody elses, but that's just the way it is. If the Parliamentary Transport Committee listen, and listen properly, all new shiny legislation may remedy that position. We could end up with the same laws as the "Great Unwashed" who live beyond the City Boundaries.

There is, as Bloodnock would have it, "more to be writ".

hmmm.............

The Article says EX boss of silverline i.e. business has a differant owner and mentions 9 not 22 with 2 admitting money laundering but none actually convicted perhaps we should wait for the outcome of the trial I suspect there is a lot more to this than meets the eye. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there isn't an element of a rushed or poorly investigated case here

It's only Skippy who comes up with 22.

A number he has plucked from the air I think.
