Why don't all the hackneys park up where the PH are picking up?? Be seen to be available. We did the same when we were getting @rse raped by the PH, we parked up outside the pubs and clubs they were picking up from.

Isn't that illegal if you don't have a rank outside said pubs and clubs :?

Yes but the Police won't be bothered because you are clearing the town. We never got any tickets.

but its just as illegal for HC to rank up anywhere other than an official rank as it is for PH to wait

if it was a LO it would be good form...........BTW having the fag is illegal...

our LA has sent notification to all that "ranking" outside a nightclub in town is illegal and they will be about to check....

I think it makes sense to find somewhere to hide when you want said break, if they ask the local PH drivers I'm sure they'll be able to point them in the general direction of somewhere the public can't see them :wink: :lol:
