On vehicles, and are they legal, as there is no mention of age in the 1982 act, only a vehicle discription

Falkirk Council - 1st registered date to be 6 years or less at date of 1st plate application. No upper limit.

But you're right. Age discrimination is not permitted under the Human Rights Act 1009.

But there's nothing to stop anyone with half a wit, or a single brain cell, being excluded from the trade.

Jasbar go do one, A driver down here lost his case in the sheriff court but has successfully appealed to the high court to carry the case forward for a judicial review so just answer the question in the first post without all the usual she-it
