On vehicles, and are they legal, as there is no mention of age in the 1982 act, only a vehicle discription |

Age discrimination is not permitted under the Human Rights Act 1009. But there's nothing to stop anyone with half a wit, or a single brain cell, being excluded from the trade. Jasbar go do one, A driver down here lost his case in the sheriff court but has successfully appealed to the high court to carry the case forward for a judicial review so just answer the question in the first post without all the usual she-it |
