The PHTM Private Hire and Taxi Exhibition will take place at The Ricoh Arena in Coventry CV6 6AQ (Junction 3, M6);

If we can afford the fuel to get there and back, we wont be able to buy any of the vehicles
I dont know why they have it there every year its should come north due to the traffic jams on the M6

I didn't think enough people attended to cause jams on the M6 :lol:

But wasn't there one in Scotland a few years ago, but it wasn't repeated?

So I hope you were there Skippy, because if you weren't then the poor attendance was probably why it only lasted the one year.

2 of my drivers went today and I will be going Thursday

Not sure how many pens and air fresheners they blagged no doubt I will find out tommorrow what my target is !( we do share them out amongst all the drivers)

One trip a year to the trade show usually keeps you in pens for a year and keyfobs for a lifetime ! :lol:

You're slipping. I got 2 mouse mats, 2 tee shirts and a few mugs last year along with the usual supply of pens and keyfobs :wink:

Apparently not many pens on offer my drivers came back with half a sozen airfresheners a mug apiece and only 4 pens !!!


Looks like its up to me to secure the goody bags for the rest of the drivers !

Loads of goodies, and loads of girls with not a lot on.

However the show wasn't mobbed out with punters or exhibitors.

Which is a shame as I imagine a lot of work goes into it.

Whats the point of the show when there's a recession on, you can see most of what they show at your local car showrooms and probably get a better deal
