Do any one remember a court case i am told some were down south, and as any one got a copy.

about a p/hire office that was refused went to appleal and i am told that the judge said on refuseing the appeal that p/hire sould not be in the town center.

I doubt it was that broad a judgement, and suspect it was refused due to it being in a specific place.

Doubt it will apply anywhere else.

Yes i agree but unless some one as seen it, it was a long shot thanks for replying any way.
