Next time, Yer' oot' fir' GOOD !. I actually like Dougie, but that doesn't mean I have to bathe in shi*e. If you want to be treated with respect, you do not deny people their dignity. And if you have a disagreement you meet them equal terms. Think again scumbag. ![]() |

Skum, thing is, everyone (including, the back stabbing "GRASS" Jasber), Knows you're a 2 Plate sellng peice of police. A Guttersnipe, a "Beast" from the gutter. The "Boy", with "Brass- face interpinence", the "[edited by admin]" with the mind of a "Lavatory". I've ran oot' o' adjectives, but ye' get the picture..... |

Next time, Yer' oot' fir' GOOD !. Hail Hail Farplay ![]() Offering my hand was a signal that all is fair between two opposite opnions and as i said to him no one especially me likes to see another out of work, i can handle Jim's chldish comments as i have true dignity in the way i operate Jim is only one of a small majority un-willing to play the game as is, if they got there way there would be a hell of a lot of guy's in his current position and even worse as the threat of losing everything from their house too possibily their families. As i said to Jim we inherited the trade as is, a mass majority bought in, we cannot go back to satisfy a few who's only interest and you did say to me once Jim, to screw the council, to sell for 50k, your game is to get one over the trade and the council, my game is to protect what we bought in to. You where lucky on Saturday night as when i got my point across you stumbled on a excuse to get out of there, you knew i was ready to defend my and the majorities stance, you knew it was about to get ugly, not with my opinion but you would have said something nasty to make me angry and then you would have got the Fergie ![]() ![]() ![]() My Medallion system is the alternative you fear, the option now to the council is, issue 20 licences for 30k or issue 20 licences at the current market value of say 800k ![]() ![]() ![]() If anything my Medallion system has put your mission way down the pecking order so we could still be reading your tripe for another 10 years ![]() ![]() ![]() Aw the best Jimmy boy, keep trying to make me rise to your saddo comments ![]() ![]() ![]() Sticks and stones you know the rest ![]() |

If I sold anything, it was a job, and the world was a completely different place 12 years ago. There were no hiked rentals, plenty of shifts available for drivers and a couple of hundred Ph. You could do fifty plus jobs each night on a Friday and Saturday and thirty jobs any other night of the week. And no one was struggling to make the national minimum wage, far from it. You didn't have guys thinking they were big-shot businessmen either. Driving a taxi was a job, and if you happened to have access to a plate it was a job at your door. The only reason the trade is [edited by admin] is because of fantasist like you looking for drivers to prop – up, your little illusion. Taxi driving is now a job of last resort for desperate scumbags. And you, Niddry boy, are a case in point. ![]() |

Well, if it's just a job at your door, then you won't mind drivers having unfettered access to their jobs either, will you, Niddry boy? I think this is more about your delusions of grandeur. ![]() |

And why was there more work 12 years ago? Nothing to do with the fact that 12 years ago there was also LESS cabs on the road. More cabs = diluted demand as supply is increased Put more cabs on like you want, would just mean the current demand gets diluted even further |

The fact that someone as stupid as you passed “the knowledge” is proof quality controls in this city don't work. Not to worry Longshanks, the Ph will be happy to dilute your work as they have been doing for at leas the last 10 years. ![]() |

You keep saying work and takings are down and worse each year When I did my tax returns this year, for past 6 years my takings have risen each time. Except 2 years ago when the economic downturn hit my takings where fractionally less and have continued to rise this year also going on a monthly average You shouldve tried broadening your horizons skull when driving instead of going back n forth to Haymarket. Tried to get a job in a radio circuit, where 80-90% of my daytime work comes from. Mustve been disheartening to get a Haymarket to George St after a half hours wait then wait another half hour to get a Murrayfield. Where as guys in circuits drop off and would get a radio job after dropping off |
