Now that is progress , lets hope both the Limo people and Vosa learn from each other ,as there is fault with both at the moment.

You're right there Notips. I've been banging on for years about the illegal stretch limos and illegal minibuses.

It seems VOSA have finally come into the real world and have theses "educational" seminars at regular intervals round the country. Maybe they should do a course for "restricted" PSV/taxi operators.

A lot of my time used to be spent at the local testing station arguing points with vintage buses; some of the examiners would come round just to find out how things worked. The problem was largely solved by making all pre-1960 vehicles exempt from annual testing! It ain't gonna happen with stretch limo though.
