so basically the scumbag just paid the £67 he'd run up in cab fares and a £50 fine......ffs the drivers would have had more satisfaction putting his windows in. |

well hes paid his fares and a £50 fine woopdedoo. i wonder how many times hes done it and the driver hasnt reported it and guess what hes gonna carry on doing it . punishment ban him from blackpool town center and ban him from using taxis. |

All that said if he was charged under the Fraud Act then he might have got a different penalty. |
