I was looking through the Visit Scotland website
http://www.visitscotland.com/travel/ and was incensed to see there was no mention of Taxis or Private Hire in their method of Travel suggestions.
They happily suggest:
Plan your journey around Scotland by train, bus, plane, bicycle, ferry and car. yet no Mention at all of one of Scotlands largest group of Transport providers..US!!!
It's our Taxes from Taxiing and PH'ing that in part pay this showers wages, we also transport many their beloved tourists all over Scotland, Collect them from Airports and off Trains, give them Guided tours, take them to their Hotels, B&Bs etc after their nights out and much more.
Yet we seem to be treated as lepers by the "Visit Scotland" Scotlands national tourism organisation....WHY????
