Shameless parking wardens slap tickets on cars left stranded inside Borough Market terror zone - just MINUTES after police lift cordon
Traffic wardens slapped parking tickets on cars that had been left inside the terror police cordon
Pictures from within Borough Market show several cars with £130 fines placed on on their windscreens
One driver said police sent out an email at 8am to collect the cars and wardens out on the street by 8.05am
