And obviously seems to think that secret squirrel meetings to discuss these things are something out of the ordinary, as opposed to often being the norm

The Taxi and Regulatory Committee will discuss the driver’s Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver Licence in secret at a meeting on Tuesday, March 17 in Monmouthshire.

The agenda on the council's website simply listed 'Review of a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver Licence'.

No further details were given about the review.
