Another one from Liverpool LOs, and as per usual on Twitter it's short and to the point.

And, unlike the similar Wolverhampton Twitter feed, you don't get the impression it's all about selective presentation and spin [-X

Anyway, maybe the point here is that only one suspension out of 37 seems like a good result. Particularly compared to Dundee :-o

And I think this is maybe the same op where the EML was obscured, so maybe that was the one suspension.

On the other hand, 'enforcement action' against 21 is quite high, but that could be anything from a verbal warning to just short of a suspension, presumably. And, unlike Dundee, doesn't look like these are anything more than roadside checks by non-specialists, so not really comparing like-with-like.

(And you'd assume there would be a few cross-border cars out of the 37 anyway, in which case the Liverpool LOs wouldn't have the power to suspend??)
