Which legislation requires a london cab driver to be licensed in order to take a booking GBC?

Having never has a 'radio' in the Taxi I'm clueless to the legislation covering it.

A phone call to the LTDA or the LCDC would give you the desired info.

Theres been a bit in the trade press recently over the suggestion that Yellow Badges could be covering central London radio work??

Its ok, I just wondered if you knew the consequences of not having legislation in place that covers private bookings? If you wait a few days you and the rest of London will find out.
