Couldn't banning black windows be deemed racist?

After all, it was a BNP councillor who proposed it.

it is being deemed racist especialy as all those affected are black.
still we would all like to see what they hide!

The Labour bloke sums it up with the comments "You have got to ask, why put tinted windows in? With all the other things that a taxi has to comply with, to actually spend money on tinting them doesn't make much sense." :shock:
