Err, not quite. They've agreed to allow them to STOP to set down, and STOP to pick up. As far as I'm aware no one has ever objected to them doing this, use of the capitals bus lanes is a completly different kettle of fish, I can tell you now the Bus companies (Livingstones fav killers) are saying No way. |
