Now that the SNP has won the Scottish election will Edinburgh be delimited, and common sense prevail :?: :?: :?: :?:
Or is that muppet still in the council

I get the feeling that Edinburgh will only delimit on the back of further legal challenge.

The process is; that every time a court ruling is made against C.E.C, they have less room to manoeuvre. Their options on dealing with live applications are effectively narrowed.

Salteri et al have taken away any extension to the 6 month period and now JT is challenging them on interim surveys and the consideration process. We also have the Interested Parties List (IPL) about to enter the frame and once again this could mean a further narrowing of their options.

This is not about right or wrong. There is no moral or ethical consideration. The only thing the care about is protecting the system, and the latitude that it gives them to make decisions. This is a battle for control.

I think JD would be better place to give you a summation on what effect this could have in the event JT wins his appeal. :wink:
