a TAXI DRIVER was offered sex by a cash strapped passenger
only for her to refuse when she saw her hubby was home, a court heard.

Cabbie Mahammed Muskeem aggreed to waive Linette Ogdens £20 fare in return for a romp at her house.

But Ogdens solicitor Philip Wilkinson told magistrates in Halifax
" Her husband was home so this was a none starter.


I had a similar offer from a holidaymaker down here from Scotland, it was about a £10 fare and I was offered a blow job in lieu of the fare, I said I was not really interested and said I had never had such an offer before, the fare said north of the border it was common practice and all drivers eagerly accepted, I still declined and told him cash or get out.

O[i]gden 39 of Hebden Bridge West Yorks, ended up in court after she twice lashed out at a police officer whod gone to iinvestigate.

She was given a two year condtional discharge last week.

She had pleaded guilty to two charges of assault at a previous hearing where Maskeem was named as the taxi driver

Ogden was also fined £90 with £60 costs and ordered to pay £100 compensation to the police officer she injured.
