You mean a selby resident who drives a taxi in york, because he doesnt want to work a few extra hours to make a living. Selby isnt even in the same league as york for potential customers, so cant even be compared,
by the way is this person a plate owner who has spent £60000 on a plate who is now worried about his Q jumping investment and not the real issues
