I am 100% behind operators of stretch limousines, so long as they are new and good quality vehicles. If anyone is going to go to the expense of purchasing a £115,000 car, then why not get it plated and advertise it as a licensed vehicle. Firms operating cars such as this new Hummer should be given credit - they are in a very different league to the fellas with their 10+ year old Lincolns. |

In short you can do what you dam well like all the time there isn't a law saying you can't. Council however can only do what the law says they can. If your LO and his licensing colleagues don't like the law as it is, then they best take it out on the government, not on drivers. |
