lol. Remarkable result that case but he must have done an extremely good job of convincing the bench that he was right and the council were wrong. lol I get a kick out him winning because I can't help feeling that in our own little way we contributed to his success. Even though it was against all odds.

I did not see that one, what was that all about.


A gentleman was prosecuted for driving a hackney carriage vehicle without a license. He admitted to not having a license but convinced the local magistrates that because he was road testing his own vehicle for mechanical defects he did not need a license, contrary to the road traffic act. I'm glad he won against all odds but I wouldn't bet on lightning striking twice.
