So if the council are down 5 LOs, then surely the license fees will be adjusted down next time they are reviewed?

let me tell you a secret, in West Yorkshire, when LOS are short West Yorkshire police step in and do the job, they also take the budget. having read the story I could not stop laughing! you have to have a sence of humour, nowhere but Bradford would anyone keep a straight face and say that a car on the front of a rank with an asian in could be thought to be a taxi. ah well RAOTFLMHO AND mANSFIELD CLAIMS ALL THE COUNTRY IS THE SAME? RAOTFLMFHO. come on guys, lets have more fun stories like this one. |
