If you ever need to refuse a passenger, make sure you have a good reasonable cause. TDO readers and subscribers know the score. Ahmed Hussain Khalif, 53, of Islamic Court, Butetown, Cardiff, was fined pounds 75 after he admitted the offence at Cardiff Magistrates' Court. _________________________ |
