Here's what the clowns in Edinburgh think:

*"At court today, the "legal" team representing the "Maxblack Cruisers" had to request a deferral. Apparently they have had a problem finding evidence of any unmet demand and have asked that they be given more time in a feeble attempt to find some - possibly during the festival?
As proof that I am relatively unbiased in this, I am prepared to assist the said "Cruisers" by offering to provide them with the demand evidence that I have to hand. The fact that it is in the form of sworn affidavits from 2000 drivers attesting to the fact that there is no unmet demand that is significant, will of course be down to corruption and the receiving of brown envelopes from the Council.
Makes you wonder why we fought two world wars to protect freedom of speech when these clowns do nothing but abuse that right so many died for.
It is a fact that there is no unmet demand significant enough to justify increasing the taxi fleet without lowering current standards and thus also having an adverse effect on service levels.
Eventually, someone, somewhere will waken up to the fact that allowing repeated frivolous actions like this is nothing more than a waste of public funds.
October is the likely time for the courts to waste more of our money on these people.
"

* Quoted directly from the ETF web forum

Unfortunately it was written by a child. But entertaining nevertheless, eh?

I would struggle to believe that accorded with the law of the land. :?

Are you saying this is not the case Jim, please give us all a laugh and tell us your reasons.
Never mind Jim you will win next time, or the next, or the next.
I just can't stop thinking about what Gary said a while back,i think it was something like,"we have a secret weapon up our sleeves,it's a guy that knows his stuff and he's going to kick ass".
What's it going to be next time Jim,i can't wait.
You really should take up comedy Jim i haven't laughed that much since the last time.
I can't wait for this evidence, even a known liar like you will find it difficult to find any, even during the festival.
You have failed Jim once again,i did tell you that would happen but now you have to go through more embarrassment until October.
What a bunch of amateurs you lot are.
I wonder what Gary and Ali will say about this ?
Anyway i'm off to wash my shiny new taxi and get ready for tonight,i might even start a little bit early and catch the tea time rush, you know, "work the hours to suit",i can only thank you and your representatives in a way, after all, you have just increased my plate value and made sure my pension is still going to be there.
Now what will Ali do now ?will he try and get a drive or is he going to put his money in a high interest account and hope he can survive, btw if your interested Ali there is a guy not far from you looking for a driver six days a week at £420......quality. \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

Yeah Jim,why the delay?
Are you going to baffle us with bullsh*t ?
Come on Jim give us your version.
Btw where is Garry hiding ?I thought he would already have his excuses, after all he was so confident, just think another five months of propping up us owners little illusion.
I might even treat myself to another little holiday.
Not to worry though,it will soon be the festival......all that unmet demand.

What a bunch of losers. #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o

Regrettably I am advised not to give the reasons why the delay.

It may become clear in October, it certainly will when I write the tale after it's done and dusted.

Meanwhile crow away. You guys need every little comfort you can grasp.

Me? I'm ecstatic watching your frenzy.

From your quote Sussex it would appear that the text was written by Jasbar, which it most definitely wasn't.

I know that you can differentiate but, just for the record and to make it easier for the ard of thinking to understand, the text was pulled from the ETF site and was emboldened to suggest a quotation. I shall edit my original post to reflect this.

Anyway, the clowns don't seem to understand the relevance of demand information in the process. It doesn't matter what the current demand level is. What matters is what the demand level was at the time the applications were made. And this is precisely the point of Law which will be tested.

What you mean is you cant say because the level of embarrassment you feel is astronomic
Now you should really listen to those who know best Jim,the only thing that will become clear in October is that the final decision will be case closed NO UNMET DEMAND.
All that has happened is a short delay in your inevitable misery Jim.
Is the title of your book "How to be a loser" and the follow up version "How to waste thousands and still convince yourself your right",Jim it's just more words coming from a sad insignificant little man.
You are the laughing stock of the town old man
Yes we will continue to "crow away" Jim because you make us all laugh and it's very satisfying seeing someone like you fail once again,it's good to hear you trying to wriggle out of yet another flop in the courts.
So meanwhile back in the real world you will just have to put the hours in Jim and keep your owner sweet and hope he doesn't bin you, maybe he should put your rental up,what do you think.
So keep contributing to his pension Jim or are you going to do a Garry and tell us the owner wants you to win as well.
Btw Jim,you are not ecstatic,you are raging,you are hurting really bad and that just makes it all the sweeter. \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

Hiding behind all these smilies Jim,are you lost for words
Come on even you can do better than that, did yesterdays disappointment knock what little confidence you had ?
Maybe Gary hasn't given you that,"look on the bright side Jim,we've still got each other"talk.
Tell me Jim whats it like to be you ?
Have you always been a failure ?
The money you two idiots have lost must hurt, why don't you and Gary buy a plate together surely that sounds a better option ?
I know a guy who is retiring early and is open to offers, after yesterdays embarrassment,he's been told he should get around the £70k mark, not bad considering you will own your own company
Just think Jim,you and Gary could finally be like us. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
Or what about Ali T coming in as a sleeping partner"pardon the pun"
He will be looking for a way to get back in after his major boob.
