I think we all know that a load of licensed PH will be effected, but I wonder how many licensed cab driver will get done for ranking away from a rank? :-k

Especially those they have hotel doormen as good friends. :roll: :roll:

This new purge is all well and good, but it's like shooting fish in a barrel, even if he quadrupled the tout squad I can't see it having much impact.

A real deterrent and solution is to crush the vehicle upon conviction, every time, rented or owned.

Touting would vanish within weeks.

A simple change of legislation is all that's required.
