I've often wondered by LOs don't use airports more for their enforcement checks. Usually only one way in and one way out. And most of the passengers are sober enough to give a statement if required. :?

Perhaps it relates to two vehicles that are required to use a tacograph such as a minibus.

The statement that they checked every taxi going into the airport worries me a tad. Did they identify these vehicles purely by the fact that they had some kind of identification on them such as a taxi sign or wording on the vehicle for PH and minibus? What about the exec type cars that have no top sign or writing on the car and still no licensing in place? Did these chaps get away with it again?
