Taxi Driver Online

Has anybody in London noticed that the civil enforcement officers(parking wardens) no longer wear identity numbers on their uniforms anymore?
How are you supposed to know which one is which if you cant identify them>

I had a run in with one of these CEO's and believe it or not he did have a number, 3770 hand written on a sticky note pinned to his left breast pocket with a nappy pin. Very high tec.
Unfortunately I tried to interview him in Air street but the light was to bad for my cheapo camera and the sound was illegible.
I have bought a new one now, but the CEO's at night are harder to find than a Police officer on a Saturday night on the beat.
