Need to improve their after sales care. They hate you once you've paid. In turn drivers don't trust them. Silly way to run a business, monopoly or not. |

I don't disagree with everything you two say . . but . . if you kill off the traditional LTI London Taxi we'll be left in exactly the same position with Mercedes ruling the nest. I can hear it now: 'those feckin sliding doors' 'that feckin intercom' 'that fecking tiptronic gear selector' etc etc |

Totally agree. I'd hate to lose the traditional Taxi, but LTI should really improve their attitude. |
