I was at Stanstead services Saturday and the police were pulling various vehicles for checks, They brought in a dark Blue limo which made me go over to see what would happen as I had never seen one this colour. The police were all over it for 10 mins and I heard the policeman say thats great licensed and everything 100%. Is this a first...

Of course it is not a first but it won't make the papers either will it. There is no story for the papers with a legal limo is there.

a freind was at stanstead services later that day and yes there was 2 impounded Limos.. so it is old bill 2 legal limos 1..

Impounded for what? What type of limo? How could he tell that they were impounded?
