Taxi driver dies after attack
A 59-year-old taxi driver has died two weeks after he was attacked by a gang outside his home in Cheshire.
James Straiton died from head injuries in North Staffordshire Royal Infirmary after the incident in Winnington.
Two 20-year-olds and a 19-year-old have already been charged with assault, but a Cheshire Police spokesman said the charges might now be upgraded.
