27 grand with a reduced warranty, "Nationwide".

In 2012 when London are forced to license saloons under the 1995 DDA then they will be offering the same vehicle for 27 quid with an increased warranty.

They may have to licence them even quicker if the impending DDA report, is as we know it already

They could even licence the existing PH as taxis as long as they put a new car on

Licensing a car is not the same as licensing a driver? I expect drivers will still have to pass the knowledge.
