I've set the video recorder. Remember them?

If any Non London drivers are interested what the world’s best do, you are in for a treat.

The evening kicks of with Jack Rosenthal's classic film 'The Knowledge' followed by a 1996 documentary focussing on the Public Carriage Office and real life Knowledge boys going through the process that turns out the worlds finest Tax . . . . :D

If that wasn’t enough there's another up to date documentary which focuses on some current drivers, one 92 year old (LCDC rep) and another guy that ended up hating the passengers so much he had to give up the job.

Who knows, I might even be featured.

You'll have to watch it and see. Perhaps your (and your's alone) arch enemy Peter Hendy will make an appearance?

You'll be right at home Mr A as some of it's filmed inside a Green Moaning factory full to the brim with OAP's.

That's even better News Mr Brummie, because if this is the start of the footie season, that means even less Taxi's working as the London clubs play. \:D/

Yes, I remember that film too - said they only declare a fraction of their take to the Inland Revenue.

Freudian slip there, GBC, missing out that 'i'

So you have a problem with senior drivers. The ones who made this trade what it is today, that you can make a living in three days.
You cant stop the march of time. :D

I'd place more emphasis on the drivers of today who are the future, not has beens who can't wear clean clothes.

I work, as I've told you on at least 34 occasions, 3 or 4 nights. That's more than enough cash for me and my plans.
