little bird told me as ph in that part of the world os so bad , they all have to drive tx2 s . and become proper citizens, not signing on etc..

Well if a definition of a proper citizen is a TX driver, then three-quarters of taxi drivers are unfit. :wink:

As for signing on, well I wouldn't miss my weekly signings for the world.
