I wonder how much and how big the bonus is paid to the head of parking in Lambeth?

Also what happens if you receive a parking ticket from an illegally employed (in this case illegal immigrants) parking attendant?
Is it valid?
Am I entitled to a refund?

Interesting. :?

If you, or me for that matter, gave false details to get a taxi/PH license, would that license be valid? IMO, no.

Would a statement be valid in court if the witness gave false details of who they are? IMO, no.

if anyone goes to court now, will they be able to produce the warden as witness?

If I was to appeal a parking ticket I would insist the warden confirm that he has a legal work permit, if not then how can the adjudicator rely on his evidence being accurate? :?

Does not having a work permit make some a liar?

Who knows, but I very much doubt he wrote on his application form that he wasn't allowed to work in the UK.

Ah, but was he asked?
On our taxi driver applications forms it does ask if the applicant is allowed to work in this country. Now if someone were to answer yes and it is later found out to be untrue, then it could be said that they are a liar.

On appeal to a court it wouldn't matter, the chap wasn't entitled to write or issue that ticket.

Might be different if it's to the parking adjudicator.
