the council can be dickheads

perhaps the drivers should quote the health and safety at work act?

They dont employ cab drivers. But journeymen could claim against the owners.

But they should have a health warning driving a London Cab, thats enough to kill anyone off.

Quite so but they have a responsibility to ensure that rules and regulations dont cause danger to health.

they have a statutory duty to be reasonable, in the eyes of the ordinary man.

thats a fact.
