the closing comment says it all really ""Kaya nanawagan po ako sa mga mananakay, na huwag ninyo pong sasakyan ang mga puti ang plaka, yung lamang mga yellow ang plaka ang sakyan," Bautista stressed. and I think we all know what he means by that!
