Taxi driver smoked cannabis

OLDHAM Council has suspended a taxi driver for smoking cannabis while on duty.

Shabir Hussain, 30, of Jinnah Close, Oldham, was suspended for 28 days after admitting he had been smoking the drug in his hackney carriage whilst working.

Shafaq Hussain, 32, from Littleborough, was suspended for 28 days after being abusive to officials and driving his vehicle whilst his licence was revoked, as well as smoking in his vehicle.
