You're a better man than me, if you'll excuse the obvious and you may call me cynical, but, whomever you replace them with is likely to be interested in lining their own pockets in some way or other :wink:

90% of it has been in private hands for years thanks to the Tories who sold a large proportion of hospital buildings to a company called NSH back when Thatcher was in charge, one of her buddies set up the company then purchased a large proportion of hospital buildings then rented them back, a sort of PFI.

There isn't really much difference in the parties anymore, unless of course you vote for the Green Party or Respect Party

You want to hope theyve changed! or maybe you could influence that process? oops that means missing corrie crapperdale enders and then whining when you go your A&E only to find its been shut :badgrin: :badgrin:

Do nothing watch it vanish get involved maybe save the NHS anyway plenty of disagreement here but thats good i reckon at least youve thought about it and seen some revealing facts =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> and are aware of the lies and intentions of the fekking tory Vermin
