I'd have expected a pedant like you to know, there is no country called Britain. It's a geographic island, the northern part of which we will continue to inhabit.

You already have your own bank notes so just call them the Scottish pound. Lets face it they are not legal tender in England anyway. They are not legal tender even in Scotland. Why, when you want independence, would you still want to be linked to OUR currency? Get that wall built back up and don't leave any gaps. I can live without whisky and haggis.

Funnily enough, we can live without Tories or Trident. You're most welcome to them
We'll keep the oil though and leave you the Welsh, who will no doubt show their gratitude by continuing to pi$$ in your water.
I'm sure you are old enough to remember what a
balance of payments crisis is? Perhaps you'd like to clue in some of the youngsters on here?
I'm all for having our own currency. We will, of course, have to take back all the Sterling that the BoE holds to back up our Scottish notes. Without us, your currency will drop in value like a stone.
No Scottish government would keep all that Sterling, far too risky. We'd have to exchange it for something more stable.
I'd buy gold or dollars if I were you.

We'll leave any wall building to you, since you are all insular xenophobes.
