Where exactly does the law allow for guilt by association? Presumption of guilt or the deportation of a British subject?
Not to mention some of the other things you've proposed.
I never said anything about operating out with the Law, my opinion is that in the case of extremism, the law doesn't go far enough. And this is why they are trying to use the legal process to put them out of their house. It’s a test case.
They claim they face being made homeless and left penniless should 56-year-old Munir Farooqi lose his High Court appeal next month against his
2011 conviction for soliciting to murder and disseminating terrorist literature. The case is expected to become a testing ground for human rights with supporters saying the family – who have committed no offence in their own right – are being collectively punished for the actions of another member.

It starts in the twisted minds of people like you.
There's a lot of things that don't start in your mind, Gusmac.
Your problem seems to lie with your radical liberal views and the ridiculous stretch of your assertions in support of your argument. And then, it’s your use of personal innuendo in a last ditched attempt to score a point.Where did I say anything about not using a legal remedy to determine the outcome of this case?

This is all a figment of your vivid imagination, Gus.
